Well-run and newly decorated property with a delicious breakfast. Excellent, absolutely perfect location in the center of Leticia near the museum. Next to the jungle as well as common areas...

The staff was helpful.

Wifi was unstable and disconnected frequently. The breakfast options were very limited and did not meet my expectations, especially with the high nightly rate. The pool was overcrowded with locals and the cleanliness was compromised, leading to an unpleasant swimming experience.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were large and air-conditioned. The staff was attentive, friendly. The breakfast was rich and delicious with Colombian dishes, and the food was good. Also, location was unbeatable, at a moderate distance from Orellana Park. We had the most such wonderful few days there.

Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

I stayed in the Economy Double Room, impressively clean and spacious. The outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic feature. I spent hours lounging by the garden area, soaking up the sun. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with Colombian dishes that added a local flavor to my stay.

Affable staff and WELL-MAINTAINED accommodation. Quick check-in, parking onsite. Nice pool to relax in too. Particularly good and magnificent location for visiting bars and restaurants. Based in a very nice quiet area.

The pool area was so refreshing, perfect after a day of exploring. Breakfast options were decent with tasty local dishes. The excursions organized through the hotel were a highlight. Wi-Fi mostly worked well in the lobby.

I had a good stay, as I was just passing through Leticia before heading on to my Amazon tour. The pool area was a great spot to relax after a long travel day, and I appreciated that the hotel prepared a takeaway breakfast for me since I had an early departure. I did find the WiFi to be quite unreliable, which made it tough to plan my next steps when trying to book services online.

i had a lovely stay with spacious rooms and a huge clean pool that was perfect after walking around, and it's just a short stroll to the vibrant malecon turistico and the peaceful orellana park where i enjoyed relaxing views.

Pricing feels inflated for what you receive, as service fees for extras like transportation can really add up.

I stayed in the Economy Double Room for 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious, with great air conditioning-definitely a lifesaver in the heat! The shower had warm water and was surprisingly large, made for a nice refresh. I loved the vibe of the place. It felt inviting. Just wish the Wi-Fi was better, though-it mostly worked in common areas. Nipping out for local meals was easy since the restaurant had a limited menu.
